UX Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven 5-8 yrs of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Proficient in English (Intermediate+), including conversational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in agile development environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user scenarios, workflows, and pain points
• Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions
• Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that enhance the practical usage of the product
• Ensure consistency in design patterns and behavioral interactions across the entire product
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits to standardize visual and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and adherence to best practices
• Focus on creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and practical for daily use
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
• Define clear design objectives and measure the success of design solutions based on user outcomes
• Use data and analytics to drive design decisions and continuously improve the user experience
• Advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the product development lifecycle
