Requirements

• Live in Colombia
• Three years of experience as an UX Designer
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Knowledge to define information structures and hierarchies
• Knowledge and experience in creating flows
• Ability to identify business needs and preliminarily estimate the scope
• Experience in mobile design projects (responsive and native)
• Experience in agile project design
• Experience collaborating with front and back end teams to prevent designing products of difficult viability
• Experience in defining audiences and executing user tests
• Knowledge and ability to propose interaction design
• Portfolio, updated

Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of realization of interviews, focus groups, card sorting exercises, design of scenarios, and other user research techniques to determine key factors for project success
• Creation and definition: Personas, Information Architectures, User Journey Maps, task flows, site maps, storyboards
• Incentivize product digital innovation and create iconic digital work that becomes an industry reference
• Collaborate and negotiate with project leaders, PMs, engineers, researchers, marketing teams, and others to define a medium-term project vision and its incremental growth for improvements and new features
• Work at various levels of fidelity. From low-fidelity prototypes on paper to medium-fidelity in InVision/UxPin, using Figma or similar tools. Basic visual knowledge is expected, but a established visual system usage ability is preferred
• Provide clear, concise, and compelling design documentation that facilitates understanding of the UX proposal to the team and correct implementation by development teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mobile app design is a great plus
