Join a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce startup as a Graphic Designer to enhance website UX, design new sections and pages, collaborate with the CRO team on A/B tests, and support the marketing team with static ads and other materials.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and static designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Experience in website UX design and a solid understanding of design principles
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage website UX and design new sections and pages
• Collaborate with the CRO team to execute A/B tests on various elements
• Create static ads and other marketing materials
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and enhance user experience
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
