UX Researcher, Designer

You will conduct research using various methods, analyze data, create designs, write specifications, review implementations, and set up tests. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of UX experience, works within specific time zones, is self-motivated, and possesses an evidence-based mindset. Requirements

• Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in UX design or UX research
• Be located within the time zones UTC-01:00 and UTC+03:00
• Be able to self-organise and motivate when working remotely
• Have an evidence-based mindset
• Have experience doing user research and see yourself as the advocate for our users
• Understand that the purpose of design is to solve problems, not make things look pretty
• Have working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Analyze research data to uncover user problems
• Create wireframes, prototypes or high-fidelity designs (as appropriate to the task)
• Write design specifications
• Review developers’ implementation of your design
• Set up usability tests and A/B experiments
