Responsibilities
- Lead the research into industry trends, competitive information, along with consumer insights to create and present concepts and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to internal teams and future clients
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, guide primary and secondary research, review analytics and other materials in order to distill findings for project teams
- Plan and implement seamless user-focused digital experiences for multiple key audiences
