Senior UX Writer

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role (agency or product company)
• Possess exceptional writing and editing skills in US&British English
• Possess exceptional writing and editing skills in German
• Have at least 4 years of experience in user-centered product writing such as software, web or app-based products
• Have experience creating content for multi-disciplinary projects
• Have a portfolio of UX Writing examples that demonstrate a vast understanding of UX-focused writing and strategy creation based on User/Market Research and feedback
• Have experience with localization tools and knowledge of best practices in accessibility
• Have knowledge of online technology and related products, including web and mobile UI
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of UX Writing methodologies, including research, data and testing
• Have a full understanding of the importance of User feedback
• Possess well-developed communication skills, including the ability to explain and argue your decisions to the team and clients
• Be located in Poland

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time support for UX Writer in the Trust and Safety domain, focusing on projects like reworking notices and policy development in International British English
• Handle complex processes as a Senior-level UX Writer
• Translate legal language into user-friendly content
• Provide potential future support for chatbot content
• Work closely with interaction and service designers, product teams, localization experts, business analysts, developers, and researchers
• Develop copy for a variety of use cases, including UI components on web and mobile, web and support content
• Create client-centered copy based on research insights and client feedback
• Collaborate in an agile product development environment – short sprints, rapid prototyping, and frequent user testing
• Prepare the ground for an awesome user experience in all languages by working hand-in-hand with localization experts
