UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join our team as a mid-senior UX/UI Designer! Work remotely or hybrid from various Polish cities. We offer competitive salaries (10,000-23,000 PLN net B2B or 8,400-19,200 PLN gross employment contract). You will design and test UX/UI solutions, collaborate with developers, and communicate with clients. We require at least two years of experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced Figma skills. Passion for design and teamwork is essential.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Possess a portfolio showcasing compelling projects and process descriptions
• Have advanced proficiency in Figma
• Be familiar with best practices in working with design systems
• Understand user interface design principles and current trends
• Be able to conduct UX research and develop hypotheses
• Have solid knowledge of digital product creation processes, including the roles of front-end and back-end developers
• Be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Have strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with clients
• Have a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses and select the best validation methods
• Test and iterate UX/UI design solutions
• Align product designs with client business goals
• Communicate with clients in English
• Collaborate with developers to implement solutions
• Effectively hand off and take over work on a product from other designers
• Document work transparently for the team
• Accept and incorporate constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Be familiar with Lean Startup methodology
• Have experience working with the Double Diamond process
