UX/UI Designer

Summary

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain projects or organizations
• Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products
• Expertise in UX research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
• Ability to create user-centered designs that balance business and technical requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams
• Comfort working autonomously, managing ambiguity, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze customer preferences and user behaviors to inform requirement development
• Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and other methods to gather insights and feedback
• Translate customer insights into design deliverables, such as concepts, personas, user journeys, system maps, and user flows
• Lead UX delivery from prototypes to high-fidelity designs based on our design system
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality
• Continuously refine the user experience based on analytics, feedback, and changing business needs
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the blockchain and broader tech industry
