UX/UI Designer - Medior

Summary

Join CentralApp, a Belgian SaaS startup, as a Medior UX/UI Designer to contribute to our exciting rebranding and platform enhancements. You will play a key role in implementing our new brand guidelines across our app, marketing materials, and website. Responsibilities include optimizing our website-generator back-office UI, evolving our design system, and creating rapid prototypes for new features. This is a flexible, half-time or full-time position with remote or on-site options in Brussels. We value creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in UX/UI design; solid portfolio demonstrating medior-level work and autonomy
• Expert in Figma or Sketch
• Proven ability to leverage AI in research, ideation, or prototyping
• Skilled at translating requirements into clickable prototypes under tight deadlines
• Strong visual design sense—typography, color, spacing—and adherence to accessibility guidelines
• Excellent communication; experience working with developers, and marketers

Responsibilities

• Implement our new brand guidelines across the app, marketing collaterals and website
• Audit and enhance the website-generator back-office in collaboration with the Product team
• Evolve our component library, document usage guidelines, and ensure consistency across web and mobile for our website generator
• Build wireframes, interactive prototypes and user stories to validate and communicate new features

Preferred Qualifications

Front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to implement landing-page prototypes
