Requirements

• University degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related IT field
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Certification in UX/UI Design

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results
• Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain design systems
• Create high-fidelity UI designs
• Develop interactive prototypes and design specifications
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
• Knowledge of mobile and responsive design considerations
• Knowledge of standards-based HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles
• Knowledge of typography and colour theory
• Knowledge of prototyping, interaction design and information architecture
• Knowledge of prototyping and graphic design tools and techniques (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
