Summary

Join Hypergiant, an Accelint company, as a UX/UI Designer and contribute to creating seamless user experiences for our AI-driven solutions. This full-time remote role, based in the US, involves designing, prototyping, and testing information architectures for various software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and develop design systems. A minimum of 2-4 years of UX/UI design experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency in design tools are required. The position requires eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing principles, and information architecture
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms, including web and mobile
  • Familiarity with design systems and maintaining visual consistency across projects
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Design, prototype, and test information architectures for web-based and other software products, including mobile and web console devices
  • Create intuitive user experiences using advanced design concepts and methodologies
  • Collaborate with usability developers, back-end developers, marketing teams, and product managers to meet technical business objectives
  • Translate ideas and concepts into workable wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional design specifications
  • Participate in user research activities to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in collaboration with senior designers
  • Communicate and present design solutions and user needs to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to apply innovative design solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
