Join Nagarro's design team and collaborate directly with enterprise clients to solve complex business challenges by creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will manage design projects from initial research and ideation to the delivery of high-fidelity prototypes. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, presenting designs, iterating on feedback, and ensuring alignment with technical capabilities. You will work closely with other designers, developers, and UX researchers to create user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate possesses 3-6 years of experience, proficiency in Figma & FigJam, and a strong understanding of UX patterns and best practices. Success in this role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- You can manage your workload, estimate effort accurately, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Confidently showcase solutions and the thinking behind them to team members, clients and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Kick off with business analysis and user flows, evolve concepts through mid to high fidelity wireframes, and finish with pixel-perfect, interactive prototypes ready for development hand-off
- Gather requirements, present design and rationale, and iterate quickly on feedback
- Acquire a thorough understanding of business logic and needs and translate them into actionable design tasks
- Spot risks early and propose mitigation strategies
- Follow established workflows, track progress, and keep stakeholders updated on status and next steps
- Work closely with fellow designers to ensure a unified experience
- Maintain constant communication with developers to align design solutions with technical capabilities
- Collaborate with UX researchers to validate concepts and inform decisions
- Evaluate usability against UX patterns and best practices, then recommend actionable improvements
- Define content structure, navigation hierarchy, and task flows that make complex information easy to understand and use
- Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes that communicate functionality and flow
- Follow UI themes and use visual hierarchy, typography, and colour to deliver accessible, on-brand interfaces, build and extend component libraries for consistency
- Convert client objectives into clear design requirements
- Identify design pitfalls early and chart practical workarounds
- Apply proven UX patterns to craft scalable solutions. Advocate for efficient and effective design solutions, addressing core pain points
- Help colleagues, suggest process improvements, new ideas, and emerging best practices
- Follow and refine team workflows to maintain quality and consistency
- Report status, challenges, and next steps early and often
- Collaborate on live design files and workshops
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in building design systems is considered an advantage
