UX/UI Designer

As a UX Designer, you'll support the team in implementing intuitive usability of software solutions and products, design and optimize interfaces for customers and internal users, and ensure consistent implementation of style guides.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a UX designer
• Experience in co-designing and optimizing user-centered software products
• Knowledge of usability and clear design of user interfaces for responsive web and apps
• Experience in structured development of scaling design components and interface architecture
• Familiarity with pattern libraries and style guides
• Ability to create prototypes independently in Figma or no-code tools like Webflow
• Experience with user tests and interactive prototyping
• Ability to create A-B tests and evaluate them independently
• Strong communication skills
• Business fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Support the team in implementing an intuitive usability of our software solutions and products
• Design and optimize the corresponding interfaces for our customers and internal users
• Define wireframes, usability concepts, and designs with product owners and development teams
• Ensure that these are implemented accordingly
• Take care of the systematic expansion of our style guide
• Keep an eye on the entire design architecture and its consistent implementation
• Validate more complex usability concepts together with users in user tests
• Optimize them in an iterative process
• Ensure that our solutions are always top-notch
• Keep up to date with the latest UX trends
