UX/UI Designer

Summary

Zeal Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their product team. The successful candidate will conduct user research, develop user personas and journeys, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in user testing. They should have 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or related field, strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, excellent visual design skills, proficiency in Figma, and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English language
• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a related field
• Strong understanding of UX design principles
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and methodologies
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
• Develop user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions
• Create user flows and low fidelity wireframes
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma
• Create user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives
• Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online trading or working in online trading industry
• Experience working with Lean UX and in Agile environment
• Experience working with design systems
• Experience with product metrics
