Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Coursework or projects related to user experience design, visual design, or interactive media is highly desirable
• Strong skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus
• Ability to create design systems and maintain design consistency across various platforms
• Fluency in English is required for communication with international teams
• Proficiency in German
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including examples of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Demonstrated ability to design for both web and mobile platforms

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the UX/UI Design Team
• Work closely with our team to create high-quality, user-centric designs
• Design Conceptualization
• Assist in conceptualizing and developing design concepts and mock-ups based on project requirements and brand guidelines
• Design Asset Management
• Support the creation and maintenance of design assets, templates, and libraries to streamline workflow and maintain consistency across projects
• Presentation Preparation
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, including formatting slides and designing visuals to enhance content delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Unity/Unreal Engine for creating interactive and immersive user experiences is an advantage
• Experience with Arduino hardware-related prototyping/coding for developing interactive prototypes is a plus
