Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a remote Valuation Analyst! WBL provides short-term commercial real estate loans and services loan portfolios. This contract/consultancy position requires analyzing real estate collateral, researching markets, creating reports, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. The role demands fluency in English and experience in banking, real estate, or appraisal. A degree in a relevant field is required, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is essential. The position offers PTO and a work-from-home arrangement.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Business administration, math, economics, finance, statistics or similar fields
• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in banking, real estate and/or real estate appraisal
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value, using comparable ("comps") data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin and others
• Research local U.S. real estate markets
• Create exhibits for reports
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems
• Other projects and duties as assigned
