Valuation analyst

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a remote Valuation Analyst! This contract/consultancy position offers a flexible work-from-home schedule (9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday) with a competitive salary ($1000-$1500 USD). You will analyze real estate collateral for loan applications, utilizing online resources like Zillow and Redfin to determine estimated values. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A degree in a relevant field (business, finance, etc.) and experience in banking or real estate is required. Paid time off is available.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Business administration, math, economics, finance, statistics or similar fields
• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in banking, real estate and/or real estate appraisal
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value, using comparable ("comps") data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin and others
• Research local U.S. real estate markets
• Create exhibits for reports
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems
• Other projects and duties as assigned
