- Perform special assignments established and assigned by your career mentor for 2 weeks

Here at Vector Construction, we are thrilled to announce our exciting internship opportunities for the summer of 2025!
We are looking for talented interns to join our team and support our three dynamic US Divisions located in Fargo, ND, Cedar Rapids, IA, and Decatur, IL.
With locations spanning across the United States, our interns will have the unique opportunity to travel to various job sites within their designated division’s territory. This flexibility allows us to cater to applicants from different locations and schools who have a strong desire to explore as they work.
In this 12 week paid Summer Internship, you’ll experience multiple facets of Vector
10 weeks of hands on field experience learning a variety of our services and technologies. For example:
Concrete Protection
Grouting/Injections
Structural Strengthening
Corrosion Mitigation
2 weeks of learning Business Operations/Development and preforming special assignments established and assigned by your career mentor
If you are a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or actively enrolled in a Trade School program, have excellent leadership skills, and are eager to create a safe and highly productive workplace- we want to hear from you!
Position Overview: The Vector Internship Program (VIP) offers students the opportunity to gain a better understanding of a self-preforming specialty contractor and develop learning objectives that dive deeper into areas that align with their future career goals within the construction industry, all from a hands-on perspective. Our program consists of a diverse team supported learning experience that will focus on providing participants cross function exposure to the business, field and technologies of Vector Construction. You will be working closely with and learning from some of the brightest people in the industry. When you join our internship program you should not be surprised to see that our environment is one that is innovative and team oriented, where sustainability isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the heartbeat of our mission!
