Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on specific industry verticals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Proven track record in project delivery, precise solution estimation, and effective technical team leadership
  • Experience in mentoring engineering talent and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Robust analytical skills with a strong foundation in business analysis techniques and complex solutioning processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and excellence within the team
  • Strong multitasking skills, adaptability to change, and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required to meet project needs

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal leaders, external partners, and clients to capture both functional and non-functional requirements for tailored industry solutions
  • Communicate complex technical analyses and architectural designs to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client personnel, including C-level executives, to facilitate solution approval and alignment
  • Lead client project teams from conception through the delivery lifecycle, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop Solution Engineers, promoting technical growth through practical engagement with cutting-edge solutions
  • Ensure all solutions meet stringent client objectives and adhere to architectural best practices by overseeing their development and implementation
  • Support the delivery team by providing clear guidance on solution designs and addressing any obstacles in development
  • Initiate and manage proof of concept projects to validate solutions against client requirements effectively
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration by setting up frameworks that integrate necessary contributions from diverse teams
  • Assess and enhance client technologies and processes, advocating for upgrades to improve performance, reliability, and security
  • Champion process efficiencies and consistency across all project deliveries
  • Engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities to support comprehensive client engagements, including discovery sessions, proposal development, and project team coordination
  • Evaluate and optimize both cloud-based and on-premises systems, recommending strategies for modernization and efficiency
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in cloud-native technologies and provide practical implementation advice to clients
  • Articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements throughout the solution lifecycle
