Summary

Join Experian Health as the Vice President of Implementation, where you will lead the development and execution of a world-class client implementation strategy. You will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless deployment of SaaS solutions and maximizing client satisfaction. This role requires strategic leadership to improve scalability and quality, operational excellence to refine methodologies and enhance KPIs, and client success through advising and maximizing value. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor the implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will also collaborate with various departments to align expectations and incorporate client feedback into product development. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is beneficial
  • 15+ years' experience of progressive leadership experience in Healthcare Client Implementations , with a focus on SaaS delivery
  • 8+ years' experience leading teams, mentoring teams with building and scaling the business
  • 8+ years' expertise and understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and integration standards (HL7, FHIR)
  • 8+ years' experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMP certification) within healthcare revenue cycle
  • 8+ years' success in managing complex, multi-product implementation portfolios within healthcare revenue cycle
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences through innovation and excellence

Responsibilities

  • Develop the overarching Implementation strategy and execute the structure to align with company growth goals and client success priorities
  • Lead projects to improve the scalability, speed, and quality of implementations across product suites
  • Provide enterprise perspective and champion agreement in all implementation efforts
  • Establish and refine implementation methodologies, integration protocols, and quality assurance standards
  • Build and evolve a prioritized roadmap of implementation goals that enhance both client satisfaction and internal efficiency
  • Create measurable improvements in operational KPIs, resource allocation, and workforce planning
  • Ensure successful setup, configuration, and delivery of Experian Health products for new and existing clients
  • Act as an advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from Experian's solutions during and post-implementation
  • Lead plans to ensure timely, compliant, and successful deployments across diverse healthcare environments
  • Inspire and develop the implementation team, promoting engagement, empowerment, and accountability
  • Mentor leaders and team members to achieve both personal and departmental goals
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, IT, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the voice of the client informs product development and service enhancements
  • Participate in client proposals, solution design, and contracting processes to align expectations and requirements early in the sales cycle
  • Remain attuned to market trends, competitive developments, and evolving client needs
