Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in brand leadership roles within high-growth CPG, beverage, or wellness industries

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a history of managing diverse creative and strategic teams
  • The data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Own and articulate the core narrative to build deeper emotional connections with their community
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all channels
  • Develop and execute strategies to connect with customers on an emotional level, turning consumers into passionate brand advocates
  • Leverage consumer insights and data to understand and amplify the unique values that resonate with their audience
  • Conceptualize and execute experiential activations (events, partnerships, campaigns) that bring the brand to life in innovative and memorable ways
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of experiential strategies into broader business objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of brand strategists, creatives, and project managers
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the organization
  • Define success metrics for brand initiatives and ensure measurable impact on customer retention, brand equity, and market share
  • Report on brand performance and recommend adjustments to strategies based on insights and trends
  • Increase traffic to the website while keeping the cost of advertising low
