Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record leading major/enterprise-level sales professionals
- 10+ years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) software or services sector is required
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and achieving aggressive sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, coaching, and managing high-performance sales teams
- Deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies and enterprise buying processes with global scope
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans
- Demonstrated history of sales leadership positions in high-growth fast-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, and change management
- Successful demonstration of strategic planning skills associated with sales organizations
- Strong sales and revenue process orientation
- Proven track record in budgeting and resource management

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the US market and beyond
- Identify and target high-value enterprise clients, establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales initiatives with company objectives
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing
- Utilize data-driven insights and CRM tools to monitor performance, optimize processes, and improve sales efficiency
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business development
- Develop and implement scalable global sales processes to drive efficiency, alignment and growth across international markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing sales incentive plans preferred
