Requirements

  • Master of Computer Science is required

  • Ability to align technology strategies with business goals in the influencer marketing domain
  • Leadership and Team Management: develop and mentor technical teams, growing them from small groups to larger, more complex organizations
  • Experience in incorporating security measures as a built-in stage for all processes
  • Track record of conducting and achieving ISO certification for R&D departments
  • Experience in developing and enhancing Product and Software Development processes
  • In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices, including codebase management, CI/CD, and testing

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of CreatorIQ's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the company's mission
  • Authorize and oversee the establishment of key departments within CreatorIQ
  • Establish and maintain robust financial and administrative controls to support the scalability of CreatorIQ's SaaS platform
  • Select and empower middle managers and executives, ensuring optimal performance and innovation
  • Represent CreatorIQ Canada Inc., delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other functions
