• Strong M&A experience, including due diligence and deal structuring

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and acquisition initiatives
• Provide financial leadership and insights to support overall business strategy
• Lead the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions, assessing financial risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and structure acquisition deals
• Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide regular financial reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure to support growth and acquisition activities
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and external financial partners
• Identify and manage financial risks associated with acquisitions and business operations
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls
• Develop and execute financial integration plans for acquired companies, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with overall financial goals
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team and board of directors
• Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
