Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior operations leadership role, preferably in the family entertainment or hospitality industry
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-unit operations and franchise management
• Financial acumen and experience working with private equity partners
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations within the entertainment sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals and drive excellence across all franchised locations
• Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and the delivery of a consistent and high-quality guest experience
• Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance across all locations
• Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards in quality, service, and profitability
• Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience
• Partner with the executive team to drive franchise expansion strategies, new location development, and acquisitions
• Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee supply chain logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with private equity partners, providing regular updates, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
