Join our B2B software company as a freelance Video Producer & Editor! Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, preferably in the technology sector
  • Native English speaking background
  • Extensive firsthand knowledge of American (and British) movies, TV programs, and music
  • Strong technical proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, and Descript
  • Experience with professional color grading and color correction
  • Experience with sound editing software such as Adobe Audition
  • A passionate eye for visual storytelling and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to craft engaging narratives that capture and maintain audience attention
  • Excellent time management skills, with a track record of rapid delivery and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce video content in various formats, including video podcast episodes, customer interviews, how-to product videos, video ads, social media reels, and other short-form content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Lead the conceptualization, research, and production of engaging video content that tells compelling stories and resonates with our B2B audience
  • Create culturally relevant content, including memes, short-form videos, and creative skits designed to engage audiences across social platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute video content strategies that expand our reach and impact in the B2B software space
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a YouTuber or creating YouTube-specific content
  • Deep understanding of YouTube best practices, including
  • YouTube audience retention strategies
  • Community engagement and channel growth tactics
  • Experience with YouTube Analytics and content performance optimization
  • Track record of successful meme creation and short-form video content
  • Understanding of current social media trends and viral content patterns
  • Prior experience growing a YouTube channel's subscriber base and engagement
  • Experience creating content for B2B technology companies
