Summary

Join Granicus' Swagit Productions team as a Video Producer in our remote Costa Rica team! You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for public sector clients, ensuring it meets Granicus standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient delivery, work under tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Report on trends and KPIs to leadership. This role requires experience in video direction or production, remote work, and proficiency with various software. Bilingualism (English and Spanish) and residency in Costa Rica are required.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment
• Strong time management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in line with business requirements and deadlines while working remotely
• Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with video direction or production
• Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to maintain effective communication with team members across various time zones
• Access to a quiet and professional environment for focused transcription work, free of background noise and distractions
• Comfortable using digital communication tools to collaborate with teams and customers
• Familiar with remote work tools such as cloud storage and virtual meeting software
• Flexible working hours
• Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
• Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Reside in Costa Rica

Responsibilities

• Remotely direct Public Sector meetings as scheduled
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of meetings
• Ensure that video meets Granicus standards and delivers high-quality work to customers
• Work under tight deadlines to meet customer compliance laws while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery of captions
• Responsible for reporting on trends and KPIs to leadership
