Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in using any CRM systems, and other communication tools
  • Familiarity with common office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and remote work tools
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheet management and report creation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Strong time-management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude
  • Maintain a high level of attentiveness to tasks
  • Open and transparent communication is essential to ensure smooth operations. Team members must be able to express any challenges or issues they encounter promptly to prevent delays

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods, tools and resources to ensure the customer is provided with the correct information
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure the customer is being helped within the means
  • Create id card file on Mondays
  • Issue refunds for rejected assessments
  • Notify a bad review
  • Reshipments for vests, id cards and letters
  • Complete weekly report
