Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly email support, or in a similar administrative virtual assistant role
  • Experience working with client success teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Trello, Kartra, Go High Level, Calendly, and AirTable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and meet clients where they are

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients through the email support helpdesk, providing ongoing assistance and guidance throughout their journey
  • Maintain regular check-ins with clients, track their progress, and ensure they are meeting key milestones as part of their overall career plan
  • Address any concerns or challenges clients may face and provide solutions to help them overcome obstacles
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by offering support and advice, showing genuine interest in their success through the helpdesk and Facebook Group
  • Collaborate with the internal team to continually improve client experience and success metrics
  • Support and uplift clients in various communities by replying to posts, managing, and approving comments
  • Use program resources to give feedback on and enhance client submissions of milestone work
  • Work closely with the coaching, operations, and enrollment teams to support various projects and initiatives
  • Potentially onboard clients by leading them through live group orientation and communicating a clear plan for action
