Summary

The job involves working closely with the CEO on strategic partnerships and outreach for podcasts. The assistant will create a list of podcasts, pitch the CEO to go on them, handle warm leads, and send necessary materials. Experience in PR/digital marketing is required, knowledge of ads is preferred. The position requires good grammar, detail orientation, and organizational skills. Responsibilities

Work closely with CEO on strategic partnerships
Outreach for podcast
Create a list of podcasts for CEO to go on
Pitch CEO to go podcasts
Hand off warm leads to CEO
Send CEO's bio, headshot, links, etc. to the podcasts she is going to be on
Review email marketing strategy
Ability to help with ads
Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications
