Virtual Assistant - Media Buyer

Join We Clone You, a leading virtual assistant company, as a Virtual Assistant specializing in media buying and Meta Ads. Manage and optimize large-scale Facebook Ad campaigns for 25–35 clients, strategically allocating budgets and monitoring performance. Implement custom strategies, apply best practices, and analyze data to improve campaigns. Provide performance reports and updates. This role requires proven experience managing high-performing Facebook Ad campaigns, a deep understanding of campaign structure, and strong communication and organizational skills. Work from home with payment in dollars per hour (40-hour week). Starting salary is between $4-$12 per hour, depending on experience, with potential for raises.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing high-performing Facebook Ad campaigns
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, and optimization
• Comfortable juggling a high volume of accounts (25–35) without sacrificing attention to detail
• Strong communication skills — you’re prompt, clear, and proactive
• Highly organized, self-reliant , and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Solid ad management skills — training will cover internal processes only , not ad fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large-scale Facebook Ad campaigns across 25–35 client accounts
• Allocate budgets strategically to align with each client’s goals and ROI targets
• Monitor campaign performance regularly, making real-time adjustments as needed
• Implement custom Facebook Ads strategies tailored to individual client objectives
• Apply industry best practices to ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed KPIs
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Provide clear performance reports and updates to internal teams or clients

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Go High Level ) is a plus , but not mandatory
