Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development (L&D), Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Sales Training Manager or similar role within the SaaS or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training content
  • Proficiency in using e-learning tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and sales performance
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Adaptability and creativity in developing training solutions

Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and ongoing development initiatives
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops tailored to various learning styles
  • Delivery of Training: Facilitate training sessions virtually and sometimes in-person, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience for all participants
  • Assessment and Feedback: Develop assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to refine and improve training programs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and priorities, and collaborate with product teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest product updates
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps and training needs, and adjust training programs accordingly to address these gaps
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
