Summary

Join PathFactory, a leading content intelligence platform, as a Marketing Coordinator for a one-year contract. This role offers a multifaceted experience in digital and field marketing, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on various campaigns. You will support the execution of ABM campaigns, coordinate event logistics, analyze campaign performance, and explore emerging marketing technologies. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. PathFactory is a remote-first company, but candidates in the GTA are preferred for in-person training. The pay rate is $22-$24 per hour.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Eagerness to explore various B2B marketing functions, including ABM, event marketing, and campaign management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a high degree of self-motivation and dynamism

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns,  including evaluating high-value offers to engage key accounts
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to implement high-value offers such as virtual roundtables, direct mail campaigns, executive dinners, and roadshows
  • Coordinate logistics for industry events, including booth setup, speaker participation, customer follow-ups, swag management, and other onsite or virtual event needs
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns using tools such as  Marketo, SalesLoft and other marketing platforms
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance from multiple sources and compile reports for the marketing leadership team to support informed decision-making
  • Actively explore and support the use of emerging tools and technologies with the marketing team—especially AI-powered solutions—and contribute to hands-on testing and learning
  • Provide design support for campaign assets in collaboration with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency
  • Support the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Operations with administrative support, including scheduling meetings,  follow-up actions, and managing day-to-day tasks
