Virtual Sales Specialist

Summary

Join Azurity Pharmaceuticals' Virtual Sales Team as a Virtual Sales Specialist! This remote role focuses on launching new products, promoting existing brands, and driving sales performance. You will manage a targeted list of healthcare professionals, develop strategic business plans, and engage virtually with various medical professionals. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of Sales Experience (B2B preferred
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; talk and/or hear
• May occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Employee must be able to manipulate keyboard, operate a telephone and hand-held devices
• Other miscellaneous job duties as required

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities as provided by our proprietary routing tool to drive product demand
• Profile and manage targeted list of healthcare professionals and provide value-added benefits to grow products
• Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and maximize the success of sales and market share objectives
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
• Effectively engage on a virtual platform, with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties
• Manage virtual relationships through 100% virtual engagements – being able to leverage next gen ways of working to maximize efficiency
• Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals plus meet all daily MBO expectations
• Manage and track territory specific information through Sales Force CRM system
