Summary
Join Azurity Pharmaceuticals' Virtual Sales Team and contribute to the launch of new products and promotion of established brands. Maximize sales opportunities using a proprietary routing tool, profile and manage healthcare professionals, and develop strategic business plans. Effectively engage virtually with various healthcare providers across multiple medical subspecialties. Utilize data sources to optimize strategies and achieve or exceed sales goals. Manage territory information through the Sales Force CRM system. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of B2B sales experience. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience (B2B preferred)
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; talk and/or hear
- May occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Employee must be able to manipulate keyboard, operate a telephone and hand-held devices
- Other miscellaneous job duties as required
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities as provided by our proprietary routing tool to drive product demand
- Profile and manage targeted list of healthcare professionals and provide value-added benefits to grow products
- Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and maximize the success of sales and market share objectives
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Effectively engage on a virtual platform, with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties
- Manage virtual relationships through 100% virtual engagements β being able to leverage next gen ways of working to maximize efficiency
- Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals plus meet all daily MBO expectations
- Manage and track territory specific information through Sales Force CRM system
