Virtual Wellness Instructor

Summary

Join Ladgov Corporation as a Virtual Wellness Instructor and deliver live and recorded online wellness classes to Veterans and VA employees across VISN-5. You will conduct virtual sessions (up to 310 classes monthly), ranging from 10 to 45 minutes each, and contribute to a library of accessible recorded sessions. Instruction will cover various CIH approaches, including Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Guided Imagery. You will adapt instruction for diverse populations and customize class difficulty levels. This remote position requires experience and specific certifications depending on the type of wellness instruction you provide. The role involves serving a geographically dispersed population across multiple states.

Requirements

• Yoga Instructors must hold a current RYT-200 Certification
• Tai Chi/Qi Gong Practitioners must have 150 hours of training , including 36 hours of instruction-specific training from a qualified instructor or equivalent certification
• Ability to teach both Tai Chi and Qi Gong as distinct practices
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing services of comparable size and complexity

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual sessions (10–45 minutes each), up to 310 classes monthly , and contribute to a library of recorded wellness sessions accessible 7 days per week
• Teach a range of CIH approaches including but not limited to: Yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Power), Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Guided Imagery
• Adapt instruction for special populations , including older Veterans (60+), amputees, prenatal participants, and those with mobility challenges (e.g., Parkinson’s, paraplegia)
• Customize class difficulty levels to suit No Experience, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced participants

Previous engagement with VA Whole Health or similar federal wellness initiatives is preferred
