Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in creative roles at an agency, studio, or in-house team. Experience working within a tech startup and/or early-stage design team is a plus
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools
• Empathy for how our consumers and aesthetic providers behave and feel about Allē and actively participate in user research

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of an Associate Creative Director to deliver creative within a specific marketing channel
• Follow brand guidelines; accessibility standards; and medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Provide insights into design trends, conduct reviews of competitor marketing and brand design, and share your learnings with the broader Allē Design team
