Join Creator Deck as a Visual Designer and lead the visual direction of influencer and social media marketing campaigns for leading brands and Creator Deck's own visual and brand identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and social media content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience in leading design projects from concept to execution, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and the role of design in influencer marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and internal teams
• Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions that align with client objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies for campaigns, including social media graphics, physical production design, digital ads, and branded content
• Lead the visual design of agency pitch decks
• Collaborate with the customer success team and clients to define and execute the visual needs campaigns
• Oversee the design and production of all visual assets, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Oversee the physical production design process, managing relationships with vendors, printers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality output
• Manage the visual design for the agency’s social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all platforms
• Drive the visual direction of the agency’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including website, pitch decks, marketing materials, presentations, and client communications
• Stay ahead of design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in visual design
• Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and articulating the creative vision behind each project
