Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a graphic or visual designer, with a proven track record of producing outstanding work
- A portfolio that showcases a strong sense of visual storytelling, craftsmanship, and versatility across mediums
- A deep understanding of digital design best practices and a keen awareness of evolving trends
- Ability to take initiative, own projects, and drive them to success with minimal oversight
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic design recommendations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders and advocating for design excellence
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with agility and adaptability
- Passion for digital, mobile, and social technology, with a curiosity for emerging creative tools and techniques

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for projects, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities where design can elevate business outcomes
- Champion the Roadie brand by maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints
- Present and defend design decisions confidently to business audiences, mapping creative choices to strategic goals
- Work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Drive innovation in design, keeping up with industry trends and proactively introducing new ideas, tools, and processes
- Effectively scope, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Lead relationships with outside vendors, managing estimates, material specifications, and production workflows
- Execute a variety of projects across digital (high-impact marketing campaigns, web visuals, social media, UI assets) and print (brand collateral, packaging, training materials, promotional items)
