Responsibilities
- Image & display
- Be the SPOC and process owner for all new counter set up and renovations
- Liaise with all internal parties to ensure system and tools readiness for new counter set up or renovations
- Work with SK-II Team, designer and suppliers for design, quotation and installation
- Facilitate the approval process with internal approvers and account managers and ensure compliance to budget and retailer’s or P&G’s specifications
- Monitor the installation and follow up with suppliers post installation
- Create price tag to set up at counters per FMOT guideline
- Check and provide all VM assets to suppliers in time for execution and according to Planogram
- Audit quality of suppliers’ execution and ensure they provide the best quality of work
- Own operation checklists and ensure all tools are in good condition
