Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills across various projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Software for animation such as After Effects, Animate and similar
• Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, layout and animation principles
• Ability to conceptualize and produce multiple design ideas quickly and efficiently
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs
• Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to apply them appropriately to projects
• Experience in creating motion graphics
• Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectively
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Generate multiple creative ideas and design propositions that are both trendy and aligned with given themes
• Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media
• Develop and maintain consistent visual language across different projects and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet project requirements and brand guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest visual design trends and incorporate them into work when appropriate
• Contribute to the creation of motion graphics for enhanced visual storytelling
