Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing vendors or third-party agencies, including evaluating performance, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and fostering productive relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend dataโ€driven improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Experience developing and maintaining KPIs or scorecards to monitor vendor performance and operational success
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing data, preparing reports, and executing performance strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor performance by monitoring metrics, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with service agreements
  • Develop and maintain performance scorecards for vendors and third-party agencies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of servicing strategies and operational processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on data analysis
  • Maintain effective communication with third-party agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategy execution, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to design, refine, and implement strategic initiatives that drive servicing performance and operational excellence

Benefits

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
