Summary

Join GoGlobal as a Knowledge Management Specialist and contribute to maintaining our Accounting and Knowledge Base (KB) teams. You will create and upload articles to our Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain resource consistency. Responsibilities include KB maintenance, data entry and formatting, quality assurance, collaboration with the Accounting Services team, and documentation support. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in data entry, document formatting, or quality assurance. Familiarity with KB systems is advantageous. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Have previous experience in data entry, document formatting, or quality assurance roles, ideally within a knowledge management or accounting environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be willing to learn new systems and follow documented processes with accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Create and upload GBS and GP articles to the KB Portal, ensuring all information is accurate, formatted correctly, and up to date
  • Utilize MS Word and Excel to enter, format, and prepare articles and documents for portal integration
  • Review uploaded content to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, aligning with company guidelines
  • Work closely with the Accounting Services team to understand and support ongoing knowledge base requirements
  • Maintain and update reference guides for future uploads and manage any requested revisions as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with Knowledge Base systems and portals
  • Possess basic knowledge of content management systems or online portals
