The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or CFA is preferred. Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams, fostering collaboration and driving strategic impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics skills; proficiency in financial software
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a compelling manner
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with expertise in FP&A, corporate finance, and strategic business partnership
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, providing financial guidance to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Partner with business unit leaders to analyze financial performance, optimize profitability, and ensure financial alignment with strategic goals
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and investment evaluations
- Oversee the FP&A function, ensuring timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Drive improvements in financial forecasting and reporting, leveraging automation and advanced analytics
- Present financial insights to executive leadership, identifying key trends and opportunities for strategic growth
- Establish and refine financial dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business performance
- Support the CFO in evaluating capital investments, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships
- Lead financial due diligence and risk assessments for potential investments
- Develop financial models to assess return on investment (ROI) and cost-benefit analyses for major projects
- Collaborate with investor relations and corporate development teams to align financial strategies with external communications
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization
- Implement best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, operations, and product development to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
- Lead initiatives to improve financial data integrity and accessibility for decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
