Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of engineers
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
• Oversee the engineering budget and resource allocation
• Communicate progress and strategy with customers, stakeholders, and the board
• Recruit and prioritize top engineering talent
• Develop and manage team performance metrics
• Ensure Agile best practices in software delivery
• Create and measure KPIs such as velocity and defect percentages
• Participate in strategic planning with product management and design
• Contribute to technical designs and resource management
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Interface between Engineering and Product Management
• Standardize and drive the development process
• Collaborate with the CEO and CTO on initiatives
