Summary

The job is for a VP of Finance at Sprinter Health, a company providing in-home healthcare services. Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience in FP&A roles, with a track record of success in financial analysis and strategic planning
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and implement process improvements

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that serve as the roadmap for our US operations
• Financial Accounting and Operations: Craft and implement scalable financial processes, policies, and controls that uphold the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and compliance
• Systems Implementation and Reporting: Spearhead the selection and implementation of cutting-edge financial systems and reporting tools
• Strategic Partnership and Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to all of leadership, providing strategic counsel and financial expertise
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an early-stage VC-backed environment is advantageous
• Healthcare experience is preferred
