Summary

Join a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare organization as their remote VP of Finance. Requirements

  • 8+ years in healthcare finance within a PE-backed MSO, DSO, PPM, or ASC environment
  • Strong background in financial due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and scaling finance operations across multi-site healthcare organizations
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare accounting, revenue cycle management (RCM), payer contracts, and reimbursement models
  • Strong experience with financial and practice management software, such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to support executive decision-making and drive financial strategy

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations for a multi-site healthcare group, ensuring strong financial controls and strategic decision-making
  • Lead financial integration for new acquisitions, partnering with the executive team to ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency
  • Optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) and payer reimbursement strategies to maximize profitability
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and investors, translating financial data into actionable business insights
