In this pivotal role, you will lead global operations strategy, driving efficiency and growth across the supply chain, technical installations, service delivery, and customer support. You will report to the COO and collaborate with senior leadership to execute company-wide strategies. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive operational experience in scaling companies, particularly in hardware-enabled SaaS or AI-based services within healthcare. This position requires expertise in supply chain management, technical deployments, customer support, and international operations. Requirements

• Extensive operational leadership experience overseeing supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor relationships
• Expertise in managing and executing technical deployments—specifically for hardware such as cameras or IoT devices—in both enterprise and consumer settings
• A proven track record in customer support management, with expertise in optimizing ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and processes to meet and exceed service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Experience working with international device manufacturers throughout the entire lifecycle, from design to commercialization
• Hands-on experience with global call center operations and driving service excellence across distributed teams
• Proven ability to collaborate with international technical support teams, optimizing workflows for post-deployment service and maintenance
• A strong background in optimizing operational processes for both cost-efficiency and high-quality results
• Familiarity with scaling hardware-enabled SaaS or AI-based services in high-reliability industries, particularly healthcare or other regulated environments
• Experience in high-growth startup environments, managing remote, distributed teams with a focus on achieving rapid, scalable growth
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, security, and customer experience requirements in highly regulated industries such as healthcare
• Experience in software/hardware environments, especially those utilizing computer vision or AI technologies as an enabler for SaaS solutions
• A proven leader with a history of attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier operations talent. You have successfully scaled teams from 10 to 50+ people
• A mentor at heart, with a track record of coaching leaders to achieve operational excellence within their own teams
• A strategic thought partner to the C-suite, providing insight and guidance on critical operational decisions
• A problem solver who can quickly assess challenges and ask the right questions to drive teams to effective solutions
• Passionate about creating an execution-focused operations culture that aligns with a meaningful, customer-centric mission
• Driven to continuously improve the entire team’s performance, ensuring that every decision enhances both customer experience and service quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across the globe to ensure seamless procurement logistics, flawless technical deployments, and exceptional service operations
• Implement robust processes designed to fuel SafelyYou's continued rapid expansion
• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and execute company-wide strategies that align with our mission of delivering exceptional care and service to our clients
