Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in SaaS platforms and Machine Learning/Generative AI is essential

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to craft the product vision
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align and execute on this vision, ensuring it aligns with overall company objectives
  • Represent the Engineering/R&D function to key external stakeholders
  • Regularly interact with customers and users to gather feedback and insights, integrating them into the product vision and roadmap
  • Build organizational capability within the engineering teams by recruiting and retaining outstanding talent
  • Understand the company’s protectable technologies and core technical competencies and in collaboration with Legal, manage the company’s patent portfolio
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap with a strong emphasis on Machine Learning, Generative AI, and scalability
  • Incorporate user experience and design thinking principles into the product development process
  • Foster an agile and adaptive development environment, promoting rapid iteration and responsiveness to market changes
  • Champion technical best practices in partnership with engineering leaders across mobile, front end, backend, platform, SRE, security, privacy, data engineering, QA, and IT & DevOps
  • Ensure products and systems are trusted and meet all industry standards for compliance, trust and safety
  • Drive continuous improvement in software development, resilience, and operational activities
  • Balance rapid product innovation and architecture to minimize technical and product debt
  • Perform competitive analysis to ensure the company has the freedom to practice its core technologies without infringing on existing patents
  • Collaborate and lead technical due diligence for potential M&A deals
  • Be a thought leader, contributing technical updates and product information for both internal and external audiences
