Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the product group, ensuring alignment with Frontify's overall business goals and vision
• Lead, mentor, and develop product management, design, innovation, and research teams
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap
• Foster an environment of innovation and research
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies
• Define and monitor key performance metrics for the product group
• Effectively communicate technology strategy and progress to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• External building relationships with strategic customers and key community members
• Maintain transparent and effective communication across all organizational levels
