Summary

Wonders is seeking a Product Leader to join their team and lead the product function as they scale to become a multi-product company. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of product management experience, 7+ years of experience building and leading world-class teams of product managers, technical proficiency, attention to detail, a strong track record of product leadership, and comfort managing through ambiguity.

Requirements

• Have 15+ years of product management experience
• Have 7+ years experience building, mentoring, and leading world-class teams of product managers
• Have technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers
• Have a superior attention to detail with the ability to track multiple projects, stay on top of timelines, and deliver high quality outputs across several work-streams
• Have a strong track record of product leadership and end to end ownership
• Have a proven ability to drive results and make decisions with imperfect information, and comfort managing teams through ambiguity and complexity
• Have experience building products from 0 to 1 in an unstructured environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the product team
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of product managers
• Define the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for the whole company

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer
• Have an BS / MS / PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Have experience working at a SaaS company
• Have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat

Benefits

Salary range: $300,000 - $400,000 USD
